Custom orders are not subject to web promotions or sales and free shipping.

Payments made by bank transfer of orders will be confirmed once we have the correct proof of payment in which the Name, Surname of the client making the order must be stated. If the transfer is made under another name, the order number must appear.

All products in the Decohappy web catalog have VAT. included and current taxes.

For orders and shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula and the European Union, Customs can add import costs that correspond to the client and are at their expense, in no case do they belong to Decohappy.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

The preparation period for the products is 4 working days and to this time must be added the 24 working hours of shipment transit for national orders in the peninsula. Except for the paintings that take 8 working days to produce plus 48 hours for shipping.

Shipments to the EU zone and outside the peninsula can increase up to a total of approximately 7 to 15 business days.

Shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands via MRW. Shipments to the Canary Islands and Europe by Certified Mail.

RETURN POLICY

If your order arrives in poor condition, the tube is crushed or without lids *you have to open the tube or box in front of the courier* and if the product is in poor condition, you must return your order to the courier and Decohappy will send your order again.

If your order arrives wrong, you have to contact us as quickly as possible to make the return by writing to: info@decohappy.com indicating your name and order number, we will solve the incident as soon as possible.

As we produce order upon request and each order is printed independently and as we have a large number and variety of references and different sizes so that each customer can choose the one they like best, we do not accept returns if the product is in perfect condition.

If the vinyl has any wrinkles or folds because it is rolled up, don't be scared because when it's time to place it on the wall they disappear!

- If you have any claim, let us know within 7 business days so we can fix it.

- The vinyls may vary slightly in color since each computer screen is calibrated differently.
